One day I went to the store to purchase a product. Since I had not purchased this product before, I decided to select the product based on packaging, advertisement, and cost. When I got home, I opened the box and found out the product I needed was not inside. The box was empty. Immediately, I returned to the store, hoping the manager would believe I unknowingly purchased an empty box.

How did I leave the store with an empty container? Why didn't I pay attention to the weight of the package?
